Tell us which browser and device you used, the audio format, what you expected, and the error message you saw. A screenshot can help. Please avoid including personal information or copyrighted audio you do not have permission to share.
You do not need to send your audio file to use the converter. Sending an email attachment is separate from local conversion and transmits the attachment through email services.
